McDonald's

This morning 11/4/2015, I visited the McDonalds restaurant on Memorial Dr. at Covington Hwy. I am usually there at least twice daily for an iced coffee. Most of the workers there see me daily and are very pleasant and helpful.This morning however, i encountered an extremely rude crew member by the name of Kerry. Not only was he rude in his tone when speaking with me, he slammed the window closed in my face because I refused to accept my order that was not made correctly. This employee in my opinion showed very poor customer service, and should not be a part of the team on Memorial Dr @ Covington Hwy.
